At Carpanter, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 72 hours of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
The item must not be a custom, made-to-order, or final sale item.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@carpanter.com, and we’ll guide you through the return process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photos of the damage/defect and packaging.
We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Custom or made-to-order furniture
Clearance or final sale items
Assembled or used products
Gift cards
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
